Addresses in Japan only, including Okinawa and remote islands. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders, because operating the 920 MHz radio outside Japan may be illegal.
Orders ship with Japan Post (ゆうパック) or Yamato Transport with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. Typical delivery after dispatch: 1–2 days for Honshu, 2–4 days for Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku, longer for Okinawa and remote islands. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
The shipping fee is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold is shown there too. Prices include consumption tax.
SHINDO Node contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and is shipped under the carriers' rules for lithium batteries installed in equipment. Some routes to remote islands use ground or sea transport only, which can add several days.
Please check your address, building name and room number. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. Contact support@shindoalert.com before the order ships if you need to change it; after shipping, changes are subject to the carrier's rules.
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support@shindoalert.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and, once the carrier confirms loss or damage, send a replacement or refund under our Returns & refunds policy.
