To report a post or an account, email support@shindoalert.com with the time of the post and the display name; we act on reports within 24 hours. In-app Report and Block buttons on every post are being added before the public launch of Community, and this page will describe them when they ship.
Display names that impersonate authorities are refused automatically. Reported posts are reviewed within 24 hours; posts that break these rules are removed, and repeat or serious violations lead to suspension or permanent removal of the account. You can appeal a decision at support@shindoalert.com.
